How Our AI Works

1. Keyword Extraction

We analyze the job posting to identify required skills, qualifications, and terminology. This includes hard skills (technologies, certifications) and soft skills (communication, leadership) weighted by frequency and prominence.

2. Resume Matching

We compare extracted keywords against your existing resume to calculate an initial match score. Keywords you already have are identified; missing keywords are flagged for potential addition only if your experience supports them.

3. Content Optimization

Our AI rewrites your resume sections to incorporate relevant keywords naturally. We strengthen action verbs, improve phrasing, and place the target job title in your summary. We apply research-backed strategies (optimal word count, skills count, etc.).

4. Verification Flags

If the AI suggests adding a skill or rephrasing that could be interpreted differently than you intended, we flag it for your review. You always have final approval before submitting.
